Megan found her way to the mat 13 years ago, at a time of transition, and it has continued to be a great equalizer in all stages of her life. She firmly believes that the more you put in the more you get out, whether that is during the sweaty intensity of a backbend or the intense stillness of meditation. She strives to inspire her students to challenge themselves on the mat – and recognizes that, often, our biggest challenge can be the acceptance of our limitations. We can only be where we are right now, but yoga fosters in us a deep appreciation for that place. Megan is passionate, pragmatic, inquisitive, and unabashedly weird. She is a dancer, an educator, an artist, and an athlete. She thinks you’re awesome.
